Mr. Ramos is a Retired Special Staff Officer and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran with the United States Marine Corps (USMC), where he attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3. He served as the Yankee White Clearance Officer and Program Coordinator for the Presidential Support program where he directed, coordinated, and managed all security personnel activities for Marines providing direct support, protection, and security to the President of the United States, First Lady, and the First Family. His protective duties covered the security at Camp David, the White House Communication Agency, Marine Barracks 8th & I, and the U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.

He has held former and collateral positions as a Security Manager, Adjudicating Reviewer, Recruiter, and Manpower & Personnel Officer at various commands throughout his career in the Marine Corps to include Officer Candidates School, Marine Security Guard Battalion (State Department), Marine Security Forces – USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic, and several other significant security/administrative billets.

Since his retirement in 2005, Mr. Ramos has performed Personnel Security Investigations under contract as a Special Background Investigator with the Department of Homeland Security, U. S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, U. S. Customs & Border Protection, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense, and as a Fraud Prevention Inspector under the Department of Health & Human Services for the Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Mr. Ramos is also a licensed Private Investigator under the authority of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Criminal Justice System and a Subject Matter Expert for providing program management and consulting services for federally controlled Drug & Alcohol testing programs under the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Mr. Ramos is sought out for his professional advice and consultation in his areas of expertise of personnel security, risk management, air safety, and national security matters. Mr. Ramos holds a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Leadership & Management at Liberty University.
